‘Sasural Simar Ka’ actress Himani Shivpuri tests positive for Covid-19
Himani Shivpuri announced on Instagram that she has tested positive for novel coronavirus.
Coronavirus cases have been emerging every day, now, popular television actress Himani Shivpuri revealed that she has been tested positive for the novel COVID-19, the announcement was done by the actress herself on social media.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Himani captioned it as: “Gud morning this to inform you that I tested positive for Covid.Anyone who has come in contact with me kindly get yourself tested.”

According to the source, the 59-year-old actress had gone for an ad shoot after which she developed symptoms and immediately got tested. Confirming the same, she said, “I have been admitted to Holy Spirit Hospital sometime back because I have other diseases like diabetes. The doctor advised me to get admitted otherwise I would have quarantined at home.”
Recently, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan producer Sanjay Kohli has also tested positive for the novel Covid-19.
Himani Shivpuri is currently essaying the role of Katori Devi Singh in Binaiferr and Sanjay Kohli’s Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, and plays the role of Happu’s mother and Rajesh’s mother-in-law. Reportedly, she had just resumed the shoot of her comedy show.
Apart from television shows, Himani is also in Bollywood films and her films include Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Biwi No.1, Hum Saath-Saath Hain Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… and Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon and many more.
