Metropolitan magistrate Tania Singh while mentioning Yo Yo Honey Singh apparently said, “No one is above the law. Surprised to see how this case is being taken so lightly.”

The singer on the other side is said to have sent in an application seeking exemption from appearance in this case claiming medical reasons. His estranged wife, Shalini appeared physically before the court for both the sessions. The court has sought Honey Singh’s medical reports because of which he couldn’t come alongside the details of his income tax returns. The magistrate apparently has given him one last opportunity to appear before the court with needed documents.

For the unversed, Yo Yo Honey Singh got married to Shalini Talwar in January 2011. The duo was known for shelling out couple goals for their fans until they started facing hurdles in their relationships.
