House Arrest trailer: Ali Fazal’s solitary life is disturbed by Shriya Pilgaonkar

Ali Fazal reunites with his Mirzapur co-star Shriya Pilgaonkar in Netflix Original House Arrest. The movie is a situational comedy that also features Barkha Singh and Jim Sarbh in pivotal roles. House Arrest is about a man Karan (Fazal), who has confined himself to his house for months at a stretch. What follows is worth a watch.

The two-minute-long trailer introduces us to Karan who has confined himself to his house for months at a stretch. Shriya Pilgaonkar plays the role of Saira, an inquisitive journalist who seems fascinated with Karan’s isolated lifestyle. Barkha Singh as Pinky, a goon in pink pigtails who hands Karan a package and threatens him with violence in case something happens to it. Jim Sarbh as JD, Karan’s nosy best friend, who will do whatever it takes to get him out of his perfectly decorated bubble.

House Arrest is co-directed by Shashanka Ghosh and Samit Basu and produced by Trilok Malhotra and KR Harish of India Stories Media & Entertainment Pvt Ltd.

It is slated to premiere on Netflix on 15 November.
