Kangana and Rangoli, who are currently at their hometown in Manali, Himachal Pradesh have been asked to appear before the investigating officer on 26 and 27 October. The charges against them include that of 124A (Sedition) of the Indian Penal Code.

Now, the Queen actress took a jibe at the Maharashtra government yet again and tweeted as, “Obsessed penguin Sena … Pappupro of Maharashtra, bahut yaad aati hai k-k-k-k-k-Kangana, koi baat nahin jaldi aa jaungi ….”

Check out the tweet here:

The complaint was filed by Munawwar Ali Sayyed, a Bollywood casting director, and fitness trainer, in Bandra’s Magistrate Court in reference to Ranaut’s and her sister’s tweets and other statements related to the acting fraternity, favouritism and others through her tweets and television interviews. “She is creating divisions between Hindu and Muslim artists. She has tweeted very objectionable comments, which has not only hurt his religious sentiment but also the feeling of many film colleagues,” the complainant had submitted.

Sayyed’s lawyer told IANS. “Among the charges include Indian Penal Code Sec. 124-A (sedition), besides spreading communal hatred and falsehoods. The police have also recorded the statement of the complainant, Munawwarali Sahil A. Sayyed today in this connection.”
