JMFC Court issues notice to the makers of KGF: Chapter 2 for THIS reason
The shooting of Yash-starrer KGF: Chapter 2 has been stopped mid-way after JMFC court in Kolar Gold Fields passed an interim order.
After humungous success of KGF Chapter 1, the makers of the film is currently shooting for its second part, KGF: Chapter 2. According to the latest report, the makers of KGF seem to have landed in legal trouble as the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) court in Kolar Gold Fields passed an interim order to stop the film’s shooting that was progressing at Cyanide Hills.
As per the report, a local resident named Srinivasa has filed a petition alleging that the team of KGF is causing environmental damage while shooting for the film.
The shoot of Yash starrer has been stopped as the court issued a notice to the producer of KGF Chapter 2. This controversy is related to the cyanide ground in Kolar Gold Fields in Kolar District, where KGF 2 is being shot.
The president of the KGF National Citizens Party- N Srinivas, alleged that KGF 2 is being filmed in the protected area of cyanide mound and is causing damage to nature. According to tollywood.net, a huge set has been erected for Yash starrer.
Notably, this is not the first time, KGF has faced some legal problem. At the time of KGF Chapter 1, they had received legal problem, when a petition was filed by a person named Venkatesh G against Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films, and Lakshmi Narayana of Arya Films. One more petition was also filed by 2 persons accusing that the movie was defaming Kolar Gold Fields.
Apart from Yash, KGF Chapter 2 features Sanjay Dutt, Raveen Tandon, Srinidhi Shetty, Achyuta Kumar, Anant Nag, Nasser, Archana Joyce, Vasishtha Simha, Malavika Avinash, Ramachandra Raju and others.
