Khushi Kapoor to make Bollywood debut alongside Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda? Dad Boney Kapoor responds.
Janhvi Kapoor’s younger sister Khushi Kapoor is reportedly all set to make her Bollywood debut and will be launched by Zoya Akhtar. As per a report by Bollywood Hungama, Zoya will be directing a series based on the characters of Archie Comics.
The reports also suggested that Agastya Nanda, grandson of Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan will also be a part. Now, Khushi’s father has responded to these reports.
Boney Kapoor told the Times Of India: “I don’t know anything about this. I don’t know what you are talking about.”
Reportedly, Khushi Kapoor has been approached for the Veronica, whereas Ibrahim Ali Khan will be seen portraying Archie in the show. The series is reportedly a remake of the popular American teen drama television series ‘Riverdale.’
Earlier, in January 2021, Boney stated that Khushi will make her acting debut, speaking to the Bombay Times, he said: “I have the resources, but I would rather have someone else launch her because I am her father and one tends to get indulgent. You can’t afford to do that as a filmmaker and nor is it good for the actor.”
