Manish Malhotra tests positive for COVID-19, shares note
Fashion designer Manish Malhotra shared a note on his Instagram handle and informed that he has tested positive for COVID-19.
On Friday night, Bollywood stylist and fashion designer Manish Malhotra announced that he has tested positive for the novel Coronavirus. He also shared a health update to his fans and followers on his Instagram handle.
The 54-year-old designer shared a picture of a positive sign along with the caption that read as: “I have tested positive for COVID 19. I have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Please stay safe & take care.”

Earlier today, Sonu Sood also tested positive for the deadly virus. The actor shared a note on his social media informing his fans about the same.
Many industry celebrities commented on his post and sent him good wishes. Riddhama Kapoor Sahni, daughter of late Rishi Kapoor, shared, “TC my dearest @Manishmalhotra05,” Bhumi Pednekar, who is also battling the coronavirus currently wrote: “Get well soon mm,” Madhuri Dixit Nene commented: “Please take care and get well soon ❤️”
The second wave of Coronavirus has hit the world in the worst way. Many Bollywood celebrities including- Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Paresh Rawal, Govinda, Kartik Aaryan, and many others had also contracted the virus.
On the work front, in March, Manish Malhotra had presented his new collection ‘Nooriyat’ at the Lakme Fashion Week. Bollywood actors Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani walked the ramp and turned showstoppers for the show.
