‘MayDay’: Ajay Devgn To Direct Amitabh Bachchan For The First Time

Ajay Devgn is one of the highest paid actor in Bollywood and he is known for ruling box-office collections with his mesmerising screen presence. Apart from being a versatile actor, he has produced quite a lot films. The actor to now bankroll and direct for the first time for ‘MayDay’, which features Amitabh Bachchan.

Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan have shared the screen space in films such as ‘Major Sahab’, ‘Khakee’, and ‘Satyagraha’ and the duo surely make it a worth watch with their bonding. The duo to now reunite for ‘MayDay’. Apparently, Devgn will portray the role of a pilot, while Senior Bachchan’s characters details has not been unveiled as of yet. The makers to take this film on floors from next month. ADF Films the announcement on their official Twitter handle today.

It would be interesting to see the duo sharing the screen space after a long break.

On the work fronts, Ajay Devgn was last seen with Kajol and Saif Ali Khan in the period drama, ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’. This film did a great job at the box-office collections. He has interesting list of films in his baggage currently, such as ‘Sooryavanshi’, ‘The Big Bull’, ‘Bhuj: The Pride Of India’ and few others. On the other side, Big B recently released his OTT film, ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ with Ayushmann Khurrana. He would be next seen films such as ‘Chehre’, ‘Jhund’ and ‘Brahmastra’.
