First Look: Mrunal Thakur To Play Sita In Dulquer Salmaan’s Next

On Mrunal Thakur’s birthday, the makers of Dulquer Salmaan’s yet-to-be-titled film shared her first look, in which she will play the role of Sita. This also marks the actress’s Telugu debut and the film will see Dulquer essaying the role of Lieutenant Ram.

Produced by Swapna Cinema, the film is being directed by Hanu Raghavapudi. It will be presented by Vyjayanthi Films. The film, with music by Vishal Chandrasekhar

Last week, the makers also unveiled the first look of Dulquer’s character from the movie. The poster was released on Dulquer Salmaan’s 35th birthday. The yet-untitled film will also release in Malayalam and Tamil.

On the work front, Mrunal Thakur was last seen in ‘Toofan’ opposite Farhan Akhtar and Paresh Rawal. The film was released on Amazon Prime Videos. She will also be seen in the Telugu film Jersey’s Hindi remake, which stars Shahid Kapoor in the lead role.
