Mahesh Bhatt’s directorial, ‘Sadak 2’ has been garnering much attention but for all the wrong reasons. The makers of the forthcoming film have recently released the trailer.  Shockingly, the trailer has received 4.9 Million dislikes on YouTube.  Netizens were slamming the makers and the trailer of the film, due to the nepotism debate.

Pooja Bhatt shared a cryptic note on Twitter handle post the backlash that the trailer received on social media platforms. Pooja Bhatt took to her official handle and posted, “Hate.Debate.Malign.Lie. Boy’coot’. Scoot. Unfriend.Trend. Over the top? Why not? Gotta do what it takes to be host with the most with a hot bot!.”

Sadak 2 is a sequel of Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt starrer film of the same name. The sequel also stars Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sanjay Dutt in the key roles alongside Pooja. The movie has Mahesh Bhatt marking his comeback as director once again. It is also the first film that ahs Mahesh Bhatt teaming up with his daughter Alia Bhatt.

Sadak 2 is set in the backdrop of love, heartbreak, and religious scandals. The film is slated to release on Disney Plus Hotstar on August 28.
