Prabhas To Replace Tiger Shroff in Rambo Remake?

After the humongous success of War featuring Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan filmmaker Siddharth Anand had announced his next. It is a remake of the blockbuster Hollywood film Rambo. The announcement was made with fanfare and Tiger Shroff was roped in to star in the action dhamaka. A poster featuring Tiger was also unveiled.  Rumours abound that not Tiger Shroff but Saaho star Prabhas will play the leading role in the Rambo remake.

As per a Bollywood Hungama report, sources revealed Tiger Shroff has already allotted dates for Ganapath part 1 and 2, Heropanti 2 and Baaghi 4. As per his diary, the Baaghi star is booked till next year.

The report further adds, “Siddharth has now approached Prabhas to replace Tiger in the Rambo remake. They are in advanced talks with the superstar and he also has liked the whole concept and idea. Plus, the makers feel Prabhas’ addition will make it a more pan-India project and give it a different appeal. Now, it needs to be seen if Prabhas signs on the dotted line.”

But there has been no confirmation of the same from the makers or the actors.

On the work front, Prabhas will soon be seen in Adipurush. The movie also features Saif Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar of T-Series and Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles. Adipurush will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. Directed by Om Raut it is slated to release on August 11, 2020.
