Congress President Rahul Gandhi while interacting with the Congress party workers on Monday seemed to have taunted Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the ongoing massive controversy on Rafale Deal. He was heard saying, “It’s just beginning, there are many scams to be revealed in the next two to three months, just wait and see, it will be fun.”

Rahul Gandhi said on Monday in Amethi, ‘Abhi to shuruaat hai, abhi aur maza aayega.” He also said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not a ‘Chokidar’, but a thief.  He mentioned that many more scams will be exposed, other than the existing one which are being talked around the country like, Vijay Mallya, Gabbar Singh Tax (GST), Demonetisation, Rafale deal and many more.

Ye jo bhrashtachaar ke khilaf ladne aaya tha, isi ne Anil Ambani ko 30,000 crore rupaye pakda diye. Abhi toh shuruwat hui hai, abhi dekhna, maza aayega, aane wale 2-3 mahine mein aisa maza dikhayenge hum aapko. Narendra Modi ke jo kaam hain- Rafale, Lalit Modi, Vijay Mallya, notebandhi, Gabar Singh Tax, in sab mein chori hai: Ek -ek kar hum dikha denge ki yeh jo Narendra Modi chowkidaar nahi hain, Narendra Modi ji chorr hain.

(The man (Prime Minister Modi), who came to remove corruption, has himself given Rs 30,000 crore to Anil Ambani. In the next 2-3 months, you will have fun after we will show you Narendra Modi’s work. Rafale, Vijay Mallya, Lalit Modi, Demonetisation, Gabbar Singh Tax (GST). All of it is theft. One by one, we will show that Narendra Modi ji is not a gatekeeper, but a thief),’ Gandhi said.

Congress President’s taunt comes at a time when BJP has also accepted that the Congress is playing revenge politics as United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra’s company was not accepted as a ‘middleman’.

Rahul Gandhi has been constantly attacking PM Modi and Anil Ambani over controversial Rafale deal.  While addressing a press conference on Sunday afternoon he had said, “Former French president calls our PM a thief… What is staggering is that the Prime Minister is still silent on it. Not a single word from him.”
