Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been dating for quite some time now. The duo has been in a relationship for more than two years. Now, Lara Dutta who has been promoting her upcoming film, ‘Bell Bottom’ believes that they will soon tie the knot.

In a chat with Times Now, Lara Dutta was responding to a question on a rumor about Bollywood celebrities that might be true. She also stated that she is from the older generation and doesn’t know who’s dating whom these days. However, on being asked about Ranbir and Alia’s wedding, she said: “I believe that they are getting married this year.”
Last year, Ranbir Kapoor had last year spoken up about his marriage plans with Alia, in an interview with former journalist Rajeev Masand. He said that that if the COVID-19 pandemic had not hit the world he and Alia would have been married already. “I don’t want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal very soon in my life,” he said.
Ranbir and Alia have even bonded with each other’s families and are often spotted at family functions.
On the work front, the couple is all set to appear together for the first time on-screen with Ayan Mukerji’s superhero film, ‘Brahmastra.’ It also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple KapadiaNagarjuna Akkineni, and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles and will serve as the first film in a planned trilogy. It will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
