Raveena Tandon once wanted to throw Ranveer Singh out of film set; read why

The two mega stars of Bollywood, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar had certainly gone on a laugh riot with Karan Johar on the chat show Koffee With Karan. On the show, Ranveer spilled the beans on various interesting topics of his life including his love life, marriage to Deepika Padukone and funny childhood memory he had with Akshay and Raveena Tandon.

Revealing one of the secrets, Ranveer Singh confessed that he was almost thrown out of a shoot once on the orders of Raveena Tandon. You heard it right. The actor who is now favourite of all was once asked to get away. And it was none other than actress Raveena Tandon.

During the chat show Koffee With Karan, Ranveer recalled the time when he was just 8-year-old and had gone to watch a shoot in Mumbai in the early ’90s, where Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon were shooting for a dance sequence for a movie. “Raveena was looking ravishing in a white saree which made me stare at her with my mouth open,” the Bajirao Mastani actor said.

“Raveena asked the security to take me out of the set. Being thrown out on the command of Raveena and missing out an opportunity to watch her dance, I was walking out heart-broken,” Ranveer said.

“That’s when Akshay Kumar came close to me and complimented me on my crazy mohawk hairstyle. I also managed to get a picture with Akshay and he motivated me to become an actor,” Ranveer concluded.

It is to be noted that Ranveer and Akshay were on the latest season of Koffee with Karan and entertained everyone with their sense of humor. Also, they danced together on Akshay’s song Bholi bhali ladki.
