RC 15: Salman Khan & Ram Charan To Share Screen Space?

South superstar Ram Charan is teaming up with Kollywood director Shankar for their next big project. The multilingual project is being backed by Dil Raju under his home production banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. The high octane drama will go on the floor in June. Rumours abound Salman Khan is being considered by the makers for RC 15.

The makers believe that Salman’s presence in the Ram Charan starrer will up the stakes of the film in Hindi belts.

As reported by sources to Bollywood Hungama, “The screenplay demands a strong personality to play the role of a no-nonsense cop. It’s said to be a 25–30 day work for the character in question. The makers have their eyes on Salman Khan to come on board. Shankar and Ram Charan are expected to meet him soon.”

Sources added that it is a powerful author-backed role. It will be more of an extended cameo but the presentation will be larger than life. But if things do not work out with Salman Khan, the makers will approach some other top senior superstar. The role calls for an actor who is older than Ram Charan and has the screen presence to mouth heavy-duty dialogues. He should also be able to perform action with utmost conviction.

There has been no confirmation of the same from the makers or the actors as yet.

On the work front, Salman Khan has Radhe You Most Wanted Bhai, Tiger 3, Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan, Antim with Aayush Sharma and Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali along with Kick franchise.
