Richa Chadha Reacts To Payal Ghosh Tendering Unconditional Apology Before Bombay High Court

South actress, Payal Ghosh has accused filmmaker, Anurag Kashyap of sexual harassment which she claims to have happened seven years back. After she mentioned Richa Chadha’s name during her interviews, she faced legal trouble because Richa Chadha filed a defamation suit in Bombay High Court. Now, the ‘Fukrey’ actress reacts to Payal tendering an unconditional apology before the Bombay HC.

On Monday, Bombay High Court apparently had granted two days for Richa and Payal to file the content terms to settle the matter in court. Ghosh’s lawyer is said to have informed that she will only do so if Chadha guarantees to not file any further criminal charges against her after the settlement. However, in a latest development, the actress is said to have finally agreed to tender an unconditional apology before the court.

For the inversed, Ghosh while accusing Anurag Kashyap of sexual harassment, had claimed in an interview that the filmmaker had told her Richa Chadha, Mahie Gill and Huma Qureshi are ‘just a call away’ when it came to giving him sexual favours. Both Anurag and Richa have denied these allegations. The filmmaker was recently summoned by the Mumbai Police. On the other side, Payal was most recently seen meeting the NCW officials in Delhi and she has also requested the Prime Minister, Modi to help her in this matter.
