It’s official! SS Rajamouli’s RRR to be released on October 13

SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the lead roles is one of the much-awaited big-budget films. The film has been the talk of the town since its beginning. Earlier, today, the makers shared a new poster and announced the release date of the film.

‘RRR’ to be released on October 13, 2021, sharing the new poster on their official social media page, the caption read as: “This October 13, witness Fire 🔥 and Water 🌊 come together as a FORCE that has never been experienced before ✊🏻The biggest collaboration in Indian cinema is set to deliver a memorable experience!!! THE RIDE BEGINS…#RRRMovie #RRRFestivalOnOct13th #RRR”

A few hours back, the makers of the film revealed that an update regarding the film will be made, sharing a photo, they wrote, “An announcement that you all have been waiting for will be at 2 PM, Today. Stay Tuned.”

On January 19, Rajamouli revealed that he had begun shooting the film’s epic climax sequence. The ‘Baahubali’ director shared a glimpse of the same on Twitter and wrote, “The CLIMAX shoot has begun! My Ramaraju and Bheem come together to accomplish what they desired to achieve..”

‘RRR’ will feature JR NTR in the character as Komaram Bheem while Ram Charan will be seen as Alluri Sitarama Raju. The film also stars Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in pivotal roles. The period drama is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment Banner. The story is set in the 1920s pre-independent era.
