‘Adipurush’: Saif Ali Khan Reveals That The Film Will ‘Humanise’ Raavan And ‘Justify His Abduction Of Sita’

Saif Ali Khan is surely on a roll on his professional front. After wrapping up the shootings of ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’, he kickstarted the shootings of his project ‘Bhoot Police’. The actor now spills the beans about his yet another project, ‘Adipurush’. This flick features Prabhas in the key role.

Om Raut’s much anticipated mythological film, ‘Adipurush’ will feature Prabhas as Lord Ram and Saif will portray Raavan. While talking about the film, the ‘Tanhaji’ actor informed Mumbai Mirror, “It’s interesting to play a demon king, less strictures in that. But we will make him humane, up the entertainment quotient, justify his abduction of Sita and the war with Ram as revenge for what was done to his sister Surpanakha by Lakshman, who cut off his nose.”

This film will mark second collaboration of Saif with director, Om Raut. Earlier, while talking about this project, the actor had revealed that he is very play the role. The star cast including the makers are quite much anticipation for this film.
