Saina: Parineeti Chopra Reacts To Replacing Shraddha Kapoor 

The official trailer for the upcoming film-Saina was unleashed on Monday i.e March 8 at an event in Mumbai. Parineeti Chopra serves major inspiration with her onscreen performance in the trailer. The actress reacted to have replaced Shraddha Kapoor from portraying Saina Nehwal’s character in Amol Gupte’s film. Reportedly, the Ek Villain fame quite the sports drama because of issues with schedules, however, she didn’t officially speak anything about it.

Saina was officially announced back in 2017 and Shraddha Kapoor had even treated her social media fans with behind-the-scene glimpses from her prep sessions. In 2019, Parineeti Chopra was welcomed onboard for the film after Shraddha red signaled it. During the trailer launch event, Parineeti Chopra and Amol were asked to comment on Shraddha’s exit. To which Amol said that he didn’t hear anything because of COVID-19 and Parineeti also said that she didn’t hear the question.

While talking to the reporters at the event, Parineeti commented on the pressure that she had been through before kickstarting the shoots. “I wanted to impress the director. I wanted to work hard to learn this sport. I didn’t take any external pressure, but I had to rely on my coach for approving what I’m learning and my director approving of how I look on-screens. There was no other pressure as such,” said Chopra while spilling the beans doing this film.
