Salman Khan and Rohit Shetty come together for Kick 2?

Superstar Salman Khan is basking in the glory of his recent release ‘Bharat’. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial that also features Katrina Kaif has crossed the 100 crore club. We have some good news for fans, the actor is all set to collaborate with Rohit Shetty. This news was confirmed by Salman during Bharat promotions.

He had said, “Why is it a rumour? Rohit and I have talked about working together. There is nothing definite yet. If our talks materialise into something, you’ll hear about it.”

As reported by a source to Pinkvilla, “Sajid Nadiadwala has been working on the script on Kick 2 relentlessly in the past one year. They have fine-tuned it and now, it’s almost locked. Salman returns with Jacqueline Fernandez for the sequel and the producer and the superstar discussed the idea of roping in Rohit to direct part two. Sajid is extremely fond of Rohit and he has already discussed the whole idea with him. ”

Sources further added, “Rohit will be a perfect fit to make Kick 2 because the film is high on action and car chase sequences, something that Rohit is a master at. Plus, bringing Rohit and Salman’s combination for this film will add more star value to it.”

If this rumour comes true then get set to be entertained by the superstar who rules the box-office and the director who is known for delivering blockbusters.

On the work front, Salman Khan also has ‘Dabangg 3’ with Sonakshi Sinha, a Sanjay Leela Bhansali flick ‘Inshallah’ with Alia Bhatt and a remake of a Korean Film ‘Veteran’ in his kitty. He will also begin the shoot of Bigg Boss season 13.
