Jersey also stars Shahid’s father, Pankaj Kapur in a pivotal role. Helmed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, it is being produced by Allu Aravind, Dil Raju and Aman Gill.

Jersey is about a talented but failed cricketer named Arjun. He decides to make a comeback in his late thirties and play for India, in order to fulfil his son’s wish.
