On the occasion of the 75th Independence Day of India, Shilpa Shetty Kundra has finally made her first-ever public appearance post her husband Raj Kundra’s arrest in a pornography case. The actress was a part of the COVID-19 fundraiser, We For India.

In the video, the ‘Hungama 2’ spoke about how important it is for oxygen to reach the brain cells properly and also demonstrated breathing exercises. She also explained how yoga can help rid you of negativity. She was heard saying, “Hum aise waqt mein jee rahe hai jahaan pe breathing ya saans lene par sab kuch nirbhar hai. Breathing hi hai jiske zariye hum humare poore system ko protect kar sakte hai. Agar aapka nasal passage cleanse ho jaata hai toh aapke brain cells tak oxygen achchi tarah se pohoch payega aur aapki immunity better ho jayegi.”
The actress also appealed to people to follow all Covid-19 safety precautions.
Shilpa Shetty also joined the likes of Ed Sheeran, AR Rahman, Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Kapoor, Farah Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Imtiaz Ali, Jaaved Jaaferi, Javed Akhtar, Kabir Khan, Kalki Koechlin, Karan Johar, Mick Jagger, Parineeti Chopra, Prabhudeva, Rahul Bose, Rajkumar Hirani, Rajkummar Rao, Saif Ali Khan and Sonu Sood among many others for the fundraiser.
Earlier this month, Shilpa also issued a statement on Raj’s arrest. She also urged everyone to respect her family’s privacy for the sake of their two children. Her husband Raj Kundra was arrested by police on July 19.
