Shin Hyun Been and Song Joong-ki in talks to be starred in new drama

South Korea’s flower boy, Song Joong-ki is known for winning millions of hearts with his screen performances. After wrapping up his crime thriller-Vincenzo, he appeared in a song with Heize. Currently, he is in the buzz for his upcoming projects. Hospital Playlist fame, Shin Hyun Been is in talks to have been offered a role for the drama which reportedly stars Song.

According to the Korean media outlets, Shin Hyun Been’s agency Yooborn Company commented that “She has received a casting offer for the drama, titled Chaebol Family’s Youngest Son and she is currently reviewing the offer”. Reportedly, the plot of the drama is set in the backdrop of a person’s life, who is murdered after being framed for embezzlement by a wealthy family (chaebol) who has been with him for more than 10 years. The boy then reborn as the youngest son of the chaebol family plans to revenge as he works to gradually take over. This one is apparently based on a web novel of the same name. Song Joong-ki is in talks to portrays the main lead, Jin Do Joon.

While much has not been revealed about the project, Shin Hyun Been has been offered the role of a prosecutor Seo Min Young, who works at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ office. She’s someone who can break the law in order to let justice be served. The two of the leads after hating each other eventually will fall in love.
