Sunny Leone Interrogated By Kerala Police In A Cheating Case : Report

Sunny Leone has been busy shooting for her upcoming projects in Poovar in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram district for few days now. According to the latest reports, she was interrogated by the Kerala Police in a cheating case and an event manager has alleged her of not attending the event even after being paid a whopping amount of Rs. 29 Lakh.

Reportedly, Leone was grilled by the police officials from the crime branch. Event manager R Shiyas is the one from the management coordinator from Perumbavoor and he filed a police complaint alleging Sunny Leone of cheating. In the complaint he mentioned that the actress took Rs 29 lakh on 12 occasions since 2016 and she had apparently promised to attend their various inaugural events in Kochi. However for their recent event she didn’t show up at all.

As per a report by IANS, sources from the Kerala crime brand confirmed that the actress was indeed interrogated by the officials. Sunny Leone is said to have admitted about taking money, however she apparently stated that the intention was not to cheat the event manager.

Sunny Leone had given her dates to the event manager several times, but the manager could not comply with her dates  and so she couldn’t attend the event.
