The notorious website Tamilrockers has leaked HD print of AmruthaRamam on its website for free download. The story of the film revolves around a series of true experiences. The film showcased the lives of Amrutha and Ram and how they find the meaning of selfless love. 

Produced by SN Reddy under Padmaja Films and Cinemawala and directed by Surender Kontaddi, AmruthaRamam stars Ram Mittakanti and Amitha Ranganath in the lead roles. AmruthaRamam was supposed to release on March 27, 2020, but due to the nationwide lockdown, the film has been delayed.
