As Per The Latest Reports, 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' Team Has Not Resumed The Shooting Of The Show Post COVID-19 Lockdown
The entire nation has been under extended lockdown for three months now due to pandemic Coronavirus. Business sector including films and television industry has been completely shut. While the producers of Indian shows have already resumed shootings, we hear that ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ makers have not yet resumed shooting for their upcoming episodes.
Talking about the show, a source informed Pinkvilla that,”The makers are deliberating on how to go forward in the best possible way. They are worried for the safety of the cast and crew and with the restrictions in place, how to accommodate a huge cast like theirs and bank episodes. Plus, not all the cast members on the same page and have raised their respective concerns which is why the delay in resuming shoots. They are also weighing other options to shoot which is not risky and safe for all.”
Earlier while talking about the show, producer Asit Modi informed the portal about the challenges that they would be facing during the pandemic. He informed, “The biggest challenge for me is how to ensure the safety of all my cast and crew members. Secondly, it is such a difficult time and comedy is such a difficult genre, how to give that happiness quotient in every episode. Thirdly, the rainy season has commenced and there are so many regulations, we will have to work very hard, it is not easy.”
For the makers and the crew it would be surely a challenging part because of a huge cast in the show. Popular shows such as ‘Naagin 4’, ‘Bhabhii Ghar Par Hain’, ‘Aladdin- Naam Toh Suna Hi Hoga’, ‘Bhakharwadi’ and several others have already resumed shooting following the safety guidelines.
