TMKOC: Do you know Disha Vakani’s REAL parents featured on the show?

Popular television series Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma has no match. The show has been winning hearts since the very first episode, aired on 28 July 2008. Each episode made our funny bone tickle Its relatable storyline. The witty plot along with the perfect casting gave it an edge over other television serials.

The actors Dilip Joshi as Jethalal or Mandar Chandwadkar as Atmaram Tukaram Bhide. However, one of the most loved characters remains to be Dayaben, played by Disha Vakani.  She has been missing from the show for a long time now. Disha took maternity break from the show after she was blessed with a baby girl, Stuti Pandya in 2018. But fans are yearning to see her back.

We are aware that Disha Vakani‘s brother Mayur Vakani, popularly known as Sundar in the show. Yes, Mayur and Disha are brother-sister in real-life also. But do you know that Disha Vakani’s real parents too were a part of the popular show? Apparently, they played the relatives to Champaklal Gada, Jethalal’s father, and Dayaben’s father-in-law.
