Vishal Bhardwaj’s film starring Priyanka Chopra to go on floors next year

Bollywood filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj is in talks with Quantico star Priyanka Chopra for a film which might go on floors next year, he said at the song launch of ‘Pataakha.’ The actor-director duo has collaborated on 7 Khoon Maaf which was an adaptation of the short story Susanna’s Seven Husbands.

7 Khoon Maaf was one of Priyanka’s best performances and audiences can’t wait for another brilliant film.

Earlier, the director had expressed his desire to work with Priyanka again. Reports suggested that he would do a film based on “Twelfth Night” with the “Quantico” star.

India TV quoted Vishal Bhardwaj saying “Priyanka also wants to work with me. And we are working with each other. Hopefully, we will start the film next year.”  The duo previously collaborated on 7 Khoon Maaf which was an adaptation of the short story “Susanna’s Seven Husbands” by Ruskin Bond and “Kaminey.”

However, the director is busy with his upcoming film ‘Pataakha’ which stars Sanya Malhotra, Radhika Madan, Sunil Grover and Vijay Raaz and will hit theatres on September 28.

Meanwhile Priyanka is busy showering kisses on beau Nick Jonas on Instagram. Nick Jonas is wearing a white t-shirt with ‘Na-ma-stey’ written on it.  She also shared a picture of a pink sky and said, “Looks like #theskyispink” because that’s the name of her next film.
