Abandoned ‘Unicorn’ Puppy Rescued From Cold

Missouri-based rescue organization, Mac’s Mission, has rescued a ‘unicorn dog’ from the cold. He has been so labeled because of a tail growing from his head. The puppy is ‘doing great’ after being rescued, according to the organization.

The pup was found outside in the freezing cold with an older dog, struggling with a foot injury. The organization has since shared a photo of the adorable little pup on Facebook and the internet has fallen in love. They also shared through the post that he had been named Narwhal the Little Magical Furry Unicorn due to the little tail growing from his head.

Narwhal the Little Magical Furry Unicorn was taken to a vet by the staff at Mac’s Mission to find out the cause of the second tail on his head. The rescuers revealed, “The extra tail is not connected to anything and has no real use other than making him the COOLEST PUPPY EVER!”

The vet said that there is no actual reason to remove the unicorn tail. According to the rescuers the growth doesn’t seem to bother Narwhal. They also shared a video of the adorable dog running around like a normal dog.The rescuers stated, “The unicorn face tail does not bother Narwhal and he never slows down just like any normal puppy. He seems completely healthy other than some usual puppy worms he got meds for.”

The organization said that Narwhal will eventually need a forever home but for now the organization has decided to keep him. They want to ensure the tail doesn’t hinder Narwhal as he grows up.
