Ali Fazal has managed to garner a next level fame after portraying Guddu Pandit in ‘Mirzapur’ series. The actor had appeared in a total new avatar, and his character went on to become one most remarkable characters from the web series for its humor and temper. The actor garnered many accolades for doing justice to the character with his ace acting skills.

2. Forbidden Love

‘Forbidden Love’ was an anthology movie series on ZEE5 that showcased an edgy side of love stories. Ali Fazal portrayed the role of Dev in ‘Arranged Marriage’, who is Neil’s lover but is unable to open up about his relationship due to fear of a negative reaction from his family. Dev’s cousin ends up marrying Neil due to family pressure. This creates an odd dynamic between Dev and Neil wife. The actor’s performance was received well by the audience.

3. Fukrey

‘Fukrey’ was one of the box-office hit movies which featured Ali Fazal, Richa Chadha, Manjot Singh, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma and few others in the key roles. Ali Fazal played the role of Zafar Bhai. The quirky characters were received well by the audience and soon the makers had released the sequel to this movie. 4. Sonali Cable

The film is set in the cable internet turf war of Mumbai. The film’s plot is set around the life of a girl Sonali (Rhea Chakraborty) and her ‘internet boys’, including her brother Sadda who are working in their own internet cable wire shop. Ali Fazal played Raghu, who remembers her name and even her roll number 43 while they were studying in school. They fall in love, during the Ganapati festival Sonali and Raghu consummate their love. On the same night Sadda, Sonali’s brother gets hit by some local goons trying to vandalize their shop.

5.House Arrest

Ali Fazal portrayed Karan, a man in a self-imposed house arrest in the film. Shriya Pilgaonkar portrayed the role of Saira who is a journalist and Jim Sarbh was seen as JD, who is Karan’s best friend. The film takes us through the lonely life of a man living alone.
