Talking about the film’s plot, it begins at 1967 when Lakshmi (Shanthi Krishna) sees Nitya (Sai Pallavi) tangling with a thread while seeing that the rest of the household have been killed. The story later moves 5 years later to a high range location where Dr. M. K. Nair (Fahadh Faasil), a psychiatrist from Trivandrum Medical College, is travelling in Jeep to check about the activities in the mental hospital run in the high range bungalow. The story revolves around how Dr Nair looks after the patients where he meets Dr Benjamin (Atul Kulkarni) who is the owner of the hospital.
