‘Bachchan Pandey’: Akshay Kumar And Kriti Sanon To Kickstart Shooting From THIS Month?

Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon’s second collaboration, ‘Bachchan Panday’ is one of the most anticipated project from Bollywood. As per the latest reports, the ‘Housefull 4’ duo to kickstart the shootings from the month of January next year and the film will hit the floor from Jaisalmer.

According to a latest report by Mumbai Mirror, Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon will be shooting for the upcoming film on real locations and not the movie sets. The duo have their shooting schedule as per the marathon schedule of almost 60 days with the team locking in majority portion of the film. A source revealed to the daily that the ‘Bachchan Pandey’ team has secured all the permissions and finalised all the locations for shoots. The team will also have doctors on set and ensure that SOP is maintained amidst the Coronavirus pandemic.

The report further states that Akshay will be seen as a gangster, while Kriti will portray a journalist. The twist in the tale occurs when the two of them meet and discover their common passion for cinema. The film is hailed to be an action, humor and drama extravaganza.

On the work fronts, Akshay Kumar has a very busy schedule despite of being affected by the pandemic lockdown. He completed the shootings for his spy-thriller, ‘Bell Bottom’ from Scotland most recently and he soon began shooting for ‘Prithviraj’ with Manushi Chhillar. On the other side, Kriti Sanon was last seen sharing the screen space with Arjun Kapoor starrer ‘Panipat’.
