Bappi Lahiri Hospitalised After Testing COVID-19 Positive

Over last few weeks India recorded a sudden surge in Coronavirus tally. Health officials have recorded the highest single-day rise which made it this year’s highest rise points(over the span of five months). Bollywood celebs such as Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Paresh Rawal are the recent one’s to test positive for COVID-19. Now the legendary singer and music composer, Bappi Lahiri has tested positive.

Apparently, Bappi Lahiri’s spokesperson confirmed that he has been taken to the Breach Candy hospital in Mumbai and is being kept under observation. And the singer seeks blessings and wishes from his fans. “Despite utmost precautions, unfortunately, Mr Bappi Lahiri has tested positive for Covid-19. He is under very good and expert care at the Breach Candy Hospital. Bappi dada’s family requests all those who came in contact with him in the recent past should get themselves tested as a precautionary measure,” stated a latest report by SpotboyE.com quoting Bappi’s spokesperson.

Apparently in March itself Bappi had confirmed about applying to take COVID-19 vaccine. It not known if the star had already received his first doses before testing positive for Coronavirus.

Bollywood celebs such as Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Neetu Kapoor and few others had confirmed about testing positive for Coronavirus. However these celebs soon recovered.
