Due to the pandemic Coronavirus lockdown, several filmmakers and TV show producers have delayed their projects following the lockdown guidelines. Salman Khan’s reality show, ‘Bigg Boss’ is among the list of shows that has been in headlines, for reports of makers planning to bring the new season of the show. As per the latest reports, the makers to introduce few new rules due to the COVID-19 outspread.
As per the latest report in Bollywood Hungama, the search for the participants is on in full swing. The reports also suggested that the host, Salman will be shooting with a small team from his Panvel farmhouse, considering the pandemic situations. And he will not be travelling to the sets for hosting the upcoming show.
Apparently, as per the new set of rules, the contestants who would be participating in the show will not be paid remuneration per week. Instead, a pre-decided budget for the show will play a role in drawing up a contract between the contestant and the makers. The participants will not be paid for the episodes that have not been shot and if Coronavirus forces a contestant to vacate the house or the show to shut down, the incurred loss will be manageable.
As per the reports in Mid Day, all the contestants would have to test themselves for the Coronavirus infection before going inside the house.
