BlackPink’s Rose Sets THESE New Guinness World Records With On The Ground

BlackPink members are currently busy working on their solo projects. While Jisoo has been busy with her debut drama shoots, Rose dropped her solo songs from the -R- album. She treated Blinks with an intriguing music video for the song On The Ground and it has been performing well on the musical charts across the globe. Rose now sets two new Guinness World Records with this one.

It appears that Rose becomes the first member from BlackPink to achieve this feat with her solo track. After her song, On The Ground became the most most-viewed YouTube music video in 24 hours by a solo K-pop artist, she has now become the first-ever artist to reach number one on a Billboard Global chart as a soloist and as part of a group. According to Guinness World Records, Rosé received two new titles including ‘Most Viewed YouTube Music Video In 24 Hours By A Solo K-Pop Artist’ and ‘First Artist To Reach Number One On A Billboard Global Chart As A Soloist And As Part Of A Group’. Blinks took to Twitter and congratulated the idol.
