Britney Spear Plans To Get A Pre Nup After Engagement

Britney Spear got engaged to beau Sam Asghari on Sept 12. The lovers took their relationship to the next level five years after they began dating. Now it has been revealed that Britney is reportedly all set to get a prenup done. The news was confirmed by her lawyer Matthew Rosengart.

As reported by E Times, Britney’s lawyer Matthew Rosengart in his supplemental filing on the singer’s conservatorship case is looking for immediate removal of her father Jamie Spears. He has made a mention of the singer’s prenup status.

According to E!, the court documents suggest that Spears’ engagement forms a pivotal reason as to why her father Jamie Spears must be removed immediately from his role as conservator. The documents suggest that Britney is willing to get a prenuptial agreement. But she does not want her father’s involvement in the same. She feels his inclusion could “impede the ability to negotiate and consummate a contract.

The report further added that the court filing further states, To draw up a prenup, communication will be needed with the conservator of Britney’s estate. But since Britney and her father’s relationship is broken Jamie Spears should immediately be removed from the position.

Britney was earlier married to Jason Alexander and Kevin Federline. According to E!, Britney did have a prenuptial agreement with Federline, whom she divorced in 2007. Kevin and Britney also share two sons, Jayden and Sean Preston.
