In the lyrics of ’15 minutes’ she also took a dig at her ex-fiance. While the song doesn’t mention Max’s name, but the lyrics make things pretty clear.

The lyrics of the song read: “You were looking for 15 minutes. Now you got 15 minutes, yeah, pack your stuff, you can come and get it, yeah, ain’t goodbye but it’s good riddance, you got 15 minutes, hope you enjoyed your 15 minutes.”

“Always puttin’ you first, could’ve been your future / But you didn’t even care about me like that,” Lovato sings in the first verse before exclaiming on the chorus, “’Cause you were looking for 15 minutes, yeah. / And now you got 15 minutes, yeah.”

The singer also threw shade Max’s viral photos after he was spotted at a beach in Malibu, a few months ago, in which he seemed to be crying. Incidentally, it was the same place where he proposed Lovato. Addressing the same, she sang,  “Prayin’ in Malibu, prayin’ in Malibu, how could you, how could you? / Prayin’ in Malibu, prayin’ in Malibu, I hope it saved you.”

Demi’s album highlights her drug overdose in 2018.
