John Abraham and Aditya Roy Kapur to join hands for Mohit Suri’s Ek Villian 2

Aditya Roy Kapur and John Abraham to team up for Mohit Suri’s directorial Ek Villian 2. Interestingly, Aditya Roy Kapur is back again to working with Mohit Suri. In fact, after Malang, the Aashiqui 2 actor has now been roped in for the film titled Ek Villian 2.

Meanwhile, it’s neither Sidharth nor Riteish Deshmukh from the original film Ek Villian who won’t be repeated for the sequel of the movie. Although, John Abraham will join Aditya in the project.

According to a report by Mumbai Mirror, Ek Villian 2 is not going to be a sequel but a new story though John and Aditya’s characters much like Ek Villian will be pitted against each other respectively.

“It will also have an intense love story at its core. Both John and Adi had heard Mohit’s idea a while ago and were excited to come on board as the premise is something both haven’t explored before. The final narration took place recently, following which the two actors have signed the film. The makers are looking for the lead actress.” the source said to Mumbai Mirror.

Titled as Ek Villian 2, the film will see a fresh pairing of John and Aditya with Mohit Suri as the director. The film will be produced by Bhushan Kumar and Ekta Kapoor. Not only that, the source also informed that John Abraham will kick-start the shoot of Ek Villian 2 around June, however, the date would be finalised as and when the entire team is on board.

On the professional front, Aditya Roy Kapur will be seen in the upcoming film Malang with Disha Patani, Anil Kapoor and Kunal Kemmu.
