Google on Wednesday has finally revealed which movies were the most trending and searched topics on Google in 2019. Besides unveiling most searched Movies, Google Trends has also unleashed most most searched personalities, most searched songs, sports events, news and topics and more.

Speaking about the most searched movies of 2019, the first position has been bagged by none other than Kabir Singh, which starred Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. 1. Kabir Singh

Kabir Singh is arguably one of most popular and highest grossing movies of 2019. The film had been in the news ever since it was announced. The film is a remake of Telugu blockbuster titled Arjun Reddy, which had Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role. The Hindi version of Arjun Reddy featured Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in the lead.

2. Avengers: Endgame

Avenger: Endgame, which released in April 2019, turned out to be the highest grossing movies of all time. The film is said to be the culmination of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, which started in 2009 with Iron Man. The film has finally said bid bye to its iconic superheroes like Iron Man and Captain America.

3. Joker

Directed and produced by Todd Phillips, Jokar emerged as one of the best Hollywood movies of all time. The film is based on DC Comics characters, featuring Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker. The film is based on Marvel Comics character Carol Danvers. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, the story of Captain Marvel follows Danvers as she becomes Captain Marvel after Earth is caught in the center of a galactic conflict between two alien civilizations.

The story of Super 30 showcases the story of a Mathematician, Anand Kumar, who trains students from the economically weaker background for the entrance exam of Indian Institutes of Management. Hrithik Roshan’s yet another film WAR has been featured in the list of most searched movies of 2019 in India. The high octane action drama WAR hit the theatres on 2nd October (Gandhi Jayanti 2019) and it emerged as one of the highest grossing Indian movies of all time.

Directed by Siddharat Anand, War released in Hindi, English and Telugu and received positive response from the audience and critics alike. Based on a cat and mouse game between two agents after one decides to go rogue and turns into a killing machine.

9. Housefull 4

The fourth part of Houseful, which hit the theatres on 25th October 2019, has managed to cross Rs 100 crore at the Indian box office. Directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Houseful 4 featured Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda in the lead roles.

10. Uri – The Surgical Strike

Uri: The Surgical Strike is the first Hindi movie which took the internet by storm in 2019. The Hindi military action film marks the directorial debut of Aditya Dhar, who is also the writer of the film. The film is a dramatised account of the retaliation to the 2016 Uri attack. It follows Major Vihaan Singh Shergill of the Indian Army, who plays a leading role in the events. Uri – The Surgical Strike features Vicky Kaushal, Paresh Rawal, Mohit Raina and Yami Gautam in lead roles.
