Isha Ambani to marry Anand Piramal on December 12 at a private gathering in Mumbai

Top India business tycoon Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Nisha Ambani is all set to tie the knot with Anand Piramal on December 12, 2018. The wedding will take place at the Ambani residence in Mumbai.

“We are delighted to share that the marriage of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal will take place in the residence of Shri Mukesh Ambani and Smt. Nita Ambani in Mumbai with family members and close friends on 12th December 2018. The ceremonies will be performed in accordance with Indian traditions, customs, and culture,” the Ambani household was quoted as saying by the Economic Times in a statement on Tuesday.

It also confirmed that both the Ambanis and the Piramals will host friends and family in Udaipur during the weekend, prior to the wedding.

“During the weekend prior to the wedding, the Ambani and Piramal families will host their friends and family in Udaipur, where they are partnering with artisans and craftmens to integrate local culture and traditions into the festivities,” read the statement, which was jointly signed by both the families.

“Both families seek the blessings and good wishes of everyone for Isha and Anand as they start their journey of togetherness.”

Anand had proposed Nisha at a temple in Mahabaleshwar earlier this year. While their engagement took place in Italy’s Lake Como on September 22, where they exchanged rings with each other. The engagement party in Italy was quite a star-studded affair and was attended by many stars from the Bollywood industry.  Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Sonam, and Anand Ahuja were the few among those in attendance.

The Ambani family on Tuesday visited the Siddhivinayak Temple and offered the first wedding card to Lord Ganesha.
