Janhvi Kapoor Buys A Lavish New House In Juhu Worth Rs 39 Crore: Reports 

Janhvi Kapoor is among the list of star kids, who are known for attracting great stardom in a very short time. The actress was last seen in Army drama, ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’. And she is currently busy shooting for her next projects. As per the latest reports, she has purchased a new house in Juhu area.

Janhvi’s new house is apparently spread across three floors and its value is whopping sum of Rs. 39 crores. The deal for the triplex house was finalized on December 7, 2020. According to Square Feet India, “The flats are spread on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building named Araya Building. The carpet area of the flat as per the documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia is 3,456 area.” 

Janhvi Kapoor is yet to share the inside glimpse from her new house. It appears that the actress has kickstarted her New Year on a high note.

On the movies front, Janhvi Kapoor has couple of interesting films in her kitty. She is gearing up for the release of films such as ‘Dostana 2’, ‘Roohi Afzana’, ‘Takht’ and ‘Kolamaavu Kokila’ Hindi remake to name a few.
