Kapil Sharma is ‘auspicious’ as he announces Netflix debut; Watch video

Here’s a piece of great news for all the Kapil Sharma fans as the comedian is all set to make his digital debut! Yes, you read that right! He took to his social media handle to confirm and share the big news with his fans and followers with a video announcement.

Sharing a video, he captioned it as, “This is the auspicious news 🤗🥳 Don’t believe rumours guys, only believe me, I’m coming to @netflix_in . Soon!”

In the video, the Indian comedian is seen struggling to pronounce the word ‘auspicious and fails to pronounce it, after multiple takes the director suggests him to speak in Hindi and he says, “Really? Well, anyway, I was almost prepared with English. But that’s okay. If Netflix themselves are so Indian, what’s the need for me to forcefully speak in English? So I will be coming on your TV, laptops, and phones, that is on Netflix. This was the auspicious news.” He is also dressed up in a black tee, denim and completed his outfit with a maroon leather jacket.

Talking about the upcoming project, Kapil shared his excitment and said, “I am super excited for my first-ever association with Netflix. 2020 has been a bumpy ride for everyone around the world and my motive is to make people forget their worries and welcome this new year with love, laughter, and positivity. I always wanted to be on Netflix but I didn’t have their number. It’s a project close to my heart and I cannot wait to share more details with my fans soon.”
