John Abraham Starrer ‘Attack’ To Release On Republic Day 2022, See New Poster

John Abraham, Rakul Preet Singh, and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer action thriller film, ‘Attack’ finally gets a release date! On Thursday, the ‘Mumbai Saga’ actor shared the announcement on his social media along with an intense-looking poster. The film is set to release on Republic Day 2022.

The ‘Batla House’ actor shared the new poster and wrote: “A hostage crisis that brought the country to its knees! This time the race is against time, get ready for #Attack. Releasing worldwide on Republic Day 2022! @LakshyaRajAnand @Rakulpreet @Asli_Jacqueline #RatnaPathak @prakashraaj @jayantilalgada #AjayKapoor,” captioned John Abraham.

The movie was originally slated to release worldwide on August 13, 2021, on Independence Day, however, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the makers had to postpone the release date. Written and directed by debutante Lakshya Raj Anand.

The film will be produced by John Abraham under his banner JA Entertainment. It, Jayantilal Gada, and Ajay Kapoor.  It is a fictional story inspired by true events and set against the backdrop of a hostage crisis situation. In the film, once again, John Abraham will play a savior of the nation in ‘Attack.’

Apart from ‘Attack,’ John Abraham will also be seen in ‘Ek Villain Returns’ which stars Disha Patani, Arjun Kapoor, and Tara Sutaria in the lead. It is set to release on 8th July 2022, and ‘Satyamev Jayate’ alongside Divya Khosla Kumar, Rajeev Pillai, and Anup Soni in the lead characters
