Kartik Aaryan’s real name is Kartik Tiwari and he hails from the city of Gwalior.
He was pursuing BTech in Biotechnology at DY Patil college and was in his third year when he came across a casting audition on Facebook and ended up bagging ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’. So if not an actor, he would have been an engineer.
The actor is a complete mama’s boy and despite his passion for acting, he completed his studies for his mother. He is a huge fan of gulab jamun and gajar ka halwa prepared by his mother.
Kartik is trained in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and also loves doing Parkour. But due to a neck injury, he had to quit Parkour. His favourite superhero is Ironman.
He is a self-confessed vegetarian not because his parents wanted him to be, but after watching a video of how cruelly animals were treated, Kartik gave up eating meat.
On the professional front, Kartik will be next seen in Laxman Utekar’s ‘Luka Chuppi’ opposite Kriti Sanon. It is set to hit the screens in 2019. Apart from this, he will also be seen in the remake of ‘Kirik Party’.
