The annual star-studded KBS Song Festival 2019 is here and will feature stage performances from K-Pop bands such as BTS, TWICE, GOT7, SEVENTEEN, and ITZY. In addition, Korean music lovers can also look forward to seeing the Red Velvet members in action.

KBS Gayo Daejun will commence on December 27 from the KINTEX (Korea International Exhibition Center). The show will be hosted by Red Velvet member Irene, GOT7 singer Jinyoung and popular television personality Shin Dong Yup this year.

These are the confirmed acts for the KBS Song Festival 2019. However, Red Velvet will not be performing as a group during the song festival due to the injury of Wendy. She was injured while rehearsing for the SBS Gayo Daejun 2019. The performer has injured her face and fractured her right side, according to Soompi.

SM Entertainment has stated that while Red Velvet members Yeri, Irene, Kang Seul Gi, and Soo Young Park will take part in the song festival, they will not perform as a team.
