Khandaani Shafakhana: Sonakshi Sinha starrer gets a new release date

Sonakshi Sinha starrer Khandaani Shafakhana’s release date is now postponed to August 2, 2019. In the movie, Sonakshi plays the role of a sexologist named Baby Bedi. Earlier the movie was set to release on July 26. Trade analyst, Taran Adarsh shared the news on his Twitter handle.

A few days Sonakshi shared the first look poster of the movie. Sharing the quirky poster, she wrote, “Main jitna bolungi logo ko utni hi शर्म aani hai ??”.

The trailer was out on June 21 where Sonakshi is seen spreading the word to remove the stigma that revolves around sex and sexual disabilities.

Backed by Bhushan Kumar, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and Mahaveer Jain, Khandaani Shafakhana has been directed by Shilpi Dasgupta. Along with Sonakshi, Khandaani Shafakhana also stars Varun Sharma, Annu Kapoor. With this film, singer Badshah is making his Bollywood debut.

On the professional front, Sonakshi Sinha will also be seen in Mission Mangal, Dabangg 3 and Bhuj: The Pride Of India.
