The poster showcases Kristen wearing a gorgeous and jeweled white gown. It looks like she is crying while lying on the floor with her head facing downwards.
The film revolves around the time when Lady Diana was contemplating ending her marriage with her husband Prince Charles, while she spent Christmas with the royal family at Norfolk.
In a press release, Stewart said, “Spencer is a dive inside an emotional imagining of who Diana was at a pivotal turning point in her life. It is a physical assertion of the sum of her parts, which starts with her given name; Spencer. It is a harrowing effort for her to return to herself, as Diana strives to hold onto what the name Spencer means to her.”
‘Spencer’ is a biographical drama film directed by Pablo Larraín and written by Steven Knight. Based on the later years of the marriage of Diana, Princess of Wales and Charles, Prince of Wales, the film also stars Jack Farthing as Diana and Charles. Timothy Spall, Sean Harris, and Sally Hawkins also star. The film is all set to hit theatres on November 5, 2021.
