Manoj Bajpaaye finally spills the beans on the status of The Family Man 2

Like Mirzapur 2 or KGF Chapter 2, Manoj Bajpayee’s The Family Man 2 is arguably one of the much-awaited web series of 2020. Created by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K, the first season of The Family Man starring Manoj Bajpayee and Priyamani turned out a massive hit among the audience.

The story of The Family Man web series revolves around a middle-class who works as an intelligence officer for the T.A.S.C, a fictitious branch of the National Investigation Agency. The first season of The Family man premiered in June 2018.

Those who have watched the first season of The Family Man have been desperately waiting to watch the second season. Amazon Prime Video might not have dropped the official release date of The Family Man 2 but Manoj Bajpaaye has finally spoken about the status of it.

In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, the actor has opened up on when and what to expect from the sequel.

Speaking about the status of The Family Man 2, Manoj Bajpayee said, “Family Man is already shot. It is getting edited currently. However, the editing process is slow because of the lockdown since it is all happening online.”

But, Manoj Bajpayee said that all the reports that have been coming in from the editing team and the rest of the crew of Family Man 2 is fantastic. Manoj Bajpayee has also said that the second season of The Family Man will be bigger and better than the first one.

Manoj Bajpayee said, “The report that is coming in is fantastic. I am so happy. It (Family Man 2) is going to be bigger and better that much I can assure you. The new entry is going to Samantha Prabhu from the South and she is going to be the latest addition to our series.”

Besides the lead actor, the series also stars Sharib Hashmi, Sharad Kelkar, Neeraj Madhav, Gul Panag, Sunny Hinduja, and Shreya Dhanwantary among others in pivotal roles.
