For the uninitiated, Jitendra Joshi was also featured in Marathi comedy-drama film titled Ventilator, which was produced by Priyanka Chopra. So, after working in Priyanka Chopra’s production house, he is all set to have the ‘Baadshah of Bollywood’, Shah Rukh Khan to back his next one for Netflix.
Betaal is written and directed by Patrick Graham — he had also helmed Netflix’s “Ghoul” starring Radhika Apte. Co-directed by Nikhil Mahajan, “Betaal” is a movie set in a remote village where the 200-year-old Betaal, a British Indian Army officer, and his battalion of zombie redcoats come to life to fight the Indian police.
