Oscars 2021: Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas to announce nominations

On Friday, March 11, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas revealed that they will be announcing nominations for the 93rd Academy Awards. The couple took to their social media handle and dropped a hilarious video leaving their fans excited.

The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actress shared a video announcing the same and captioned it as: “Hey @TheAcademy, any chance I can announce the Oscar nominations solo? 😂 Just kidding, love you @nickjonas! We are so excited to be announcing the #OscarNoms on Monday, March 15th at 5:19AM PDT! Watch it live on @TheAcademy’s Twitter!”

Nick also shared the same video and wrote: “So excited to share that @priyankachopra and I will be announcing the #OscarNoms on Monday, March 15th at 5:19AM PDT! Watch it live on @TheAcademy’s Twitter!”

The Academy also shared an official tweet and wrote: “Who’s excited for #OscarNoms? Join @priyankachopra and @nickjonas here on Monday at 5:19 am.”

This will be the first time PeeCee and Nick will be announcing the Academy Award nominations.

Reportedly, the nominations for Oscars will be revealed in a two-part live presentation on Monday, March 15. The Academy Awards are taking place after a long delay in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic restrictions. The 2021 Oscars will be held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
